Practical Excellence is demonstrated through effective team skills, displaying professional behavior and appearance,
networking with professionals, managing time and tasks and demonstrating development of one's self-esteem and "can-do" attitude
Although some of these things I can't give you examples of here, like professional dress, networking, but I think it is imporant
to say that as an employee I am 100% well organized and able to multi-task and get any job, put in front of me, completed.
I have a "can-do" attitude and I believe that shows to my employers by how Proactive I am while at work. I never sit
around and wait for things to come to me, but I go out and I find them myself and do preventative maintenance so that I don't
run into future troubles.
An example of all this said and some team skills is a Team Constitution that me and a few of my other team mates
put together in a class where we kenw we were going to have to do a lot of projects together. We set forth some
rules, so that everyone was on the same page and allowed us to avoid any serious problems.
